Standard shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide, and free on orders over $80.

Every order is tracked. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Delivery times

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra metro: 2–4 business days.

Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas: 4–7 business days.

New Zealand: 6–12 business days.

Discreet packaging

Orders ship in plain, unbranded satchels. There is nothing on the outside of the parcel that identifies what is inside, and the sender name on the label is neutral.

Your bank statement will show a neutral descriptor rather than a product name.
